Allocating the use of/and coordinating the relocation of portable classrooms.
Coordinating the annual activities of the Attendance Zone Advisory Commission (AZAC) by developing and recommending attendance zone boundaries for review.
Tracking residential development including student yield projections from new housing units and monitoring growth trends.
Data Management and Analysis
Managing all of the address files for Infinite Campus.
Providing demographic analysis and GIS mapping services for individual schools and Central Office staff and faculty.
Maintaining the Zoning Search database.
Assisting various departments with District disproportionality evaluations of the District’s desegregation plans, demographics, socio-economics, school choice options, and magnet programs to promote student diversity throughout the District.
